When entering your address, people double check to make sure it is correct! If you checkout with an incorrect address listed, your package will get returned back to me. If this happens, the customer will have to pay again for shipping for their package to be re-shipped to a correct address. Maha Cosmetics will not refund shipping costs when an incorrect address was listed by the customer.
Please make sure you enter your correct email or phone number so that I may reach you if there is an issue with your order. (If I do not hear back after reaching out to you, I will have to cancel your order).
How is shipping calculated at checkout?
At checkout, you will have the option to choose between USPS or UPS as your shipping carrier. The shipping price is calculated by the item(s)’ weight and distance to your location. The shipping price listed is accurate. The delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the time of year/season.
How long until my order is shipped?
Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification (email or text, depending on what you chose). For larger orders, please allow 1-2 extra days of processing time.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Note that delivery speed depends on the carrier chosen at checkout. So, it is recommended to choose a UPS option during checkout to expedite shipping time of your order.
***Note***: When choosing expedited shipping, you are not paying for the processing of the order, but rather for the shipment to be expedited with the carrier. Maha Cosmetics does not offer a faster or quicker fulfillment/processing at this moment.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please send an email to email@example.com or a DM to @mahacosmeticss with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as I can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packaging process. (Please note that a US address cannot be changed into an international address, and vice versa).
Why didn't I get an order/shipping confirmation email?
Sometimes, order/shipping confirmation emails accidentally get sent to the spam folder, so please make sure to check there before contacting me! Upon checking, if you still do not see it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a DM on to @mahacosmeticss on Instagram.
Why is my package taking so long to get to me?
Once your package is shipped, Maha Cosmetics cannot control the speed at which your order is delivered to you. Halts of your package may be due to scanning delays and stops along the way during their shipping network. Your package should arrive, but may just take longer than normal. Any further questions regarding the carriers’ shipping process can be found on their respective websites.
Why does my tracking number show “In transit/Arriving late?”
The notes given in your tracking number are from the shipping carrier you choose at checkout, not Maha Cosmetics. If your package is marked as arriving late by the carrier, you must contact them as to why -- Maha Cosmetics is not in control once the package has been shipped.
My tracking shows “delivered,” but I can’t locate my order. What should I do?
Maha Cosmetics is not the carrier and we do not deliver your package. You must contact your local post office immediately -- they will assist you in finding the location or whereabouts of your package. In some cases, they will file a claim with the carrier. Maha Cosmetics can only assist by confirming if the address you provided during checkout is correct. If this address is incorrect, this may cause issues for package deliveries. If you provided an incorrect address, you must pay once more for shipping for the order to be re-shipped to a correct address. It is also a good idea to check with your neighbors in case they are holding it for you.
My package was sent back to Maha Cosmetics. What should I do?
As mentioned under CHECKOUT, your package gets sent back to Maha Cosmetics when an incorrect address is listed during checkout. Before proceeding with the issue, we must first wait to have possession of the package. Once it is in our possession, the customer will have to pay again for shipping for their package to be re-shipped to a correct address. Maha Cosmetics will not refund shipping costs when an incorrect address was listed by the customer.
My package is lost. Can you send another one to me?
A package is lost only when the shipping carrier states that it is lost under the tracking number, or if the carrier contacts Maha Cosmetics or the receiver directly. If this is the case, we can look into accommodating a reshipment of your order. If your tracking number shows “arriving late” for a long period of time, we ask that you either wait for the carrier to move and scan your package through their system, or file a claim with the carrier before we can move forward with a plan for your order.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, worldwide shipping is offered!
What shipping option should I pick?
For the most reliable delivery, please choose UPS as the carrier. If you decide to choose USPS as the carrier, be sure to choose one of the following: Priority Mail Express International or Priority Mail International. These options guarantee tracking numbers — the others do not.
Will Maha Cosmetics pay or reimburse any charges in regards to my package?
Maha Cosmetics is not responsible for custom duties, import fees, taxes, etc — these charges are the obligation of the customer.
